4. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Contact Us Email sale@saamay.com with:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- Photos (if product is defective or damaged)
Step 2: Return Authorization We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the Product
- Pack the Product securely in original packaging
- Include the RA number inside the package
- Ship to the return address we provide
Step 4: Inspection We inspect returned Products within 5 business days of receipt.
