All orders are shipped from China. Our primary shipping and fulfillment center is located in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China — one of the world’s largest wholesale markets for hardware and building materials.
We do not currently maintain overseas warehouses. All products ship directly from our China facility to your destination.

9. DELIVERY ISSUES
9.1 Lost Packages If your package has not arrived within 45 days of shipping (Standard) or 25 days (Express), please contact us at sale@saamay.com. We will investigate with the carrier.
9.2 Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and products immediately
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sale@saamay.com
- Keep all original packaging for carrier inspection
9.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for:
- Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses
- Additional shipping costs for address corrections
- Packages returned to us due to failed delivery
